Hopefully this will kick start the forum and crate a smash cookbook.

I'm a pretty lousy cook, hence the creation of this thread!

I can offer Showstealer Potatoes though before I get caught on the internet.

1. Bake a potato!
2. With about 10 minutes to go, send in The Undertaker scoop out all of the potatoe and leave the skins in the oven.
3. Make the potato in to smash potato (see what I did there? )
4. Return the smash potato in to the skin and cook for a further ten minutes and serve with whatever the fuck you want!
