Today is the Grand National as I'm sure you all know, anyone got any hot tips?

I've put my money on Mc Coy I think he's riding a horse called Butlers Cabin. Admitedly it isnt much but I hate the thought of giving the bookie my money!

The bookies have alreay declared this to be their best day ever according to the radio.

I had 13 each way bets. I got the second and fourth. I also had Black Apalachi, which was doing well until the rider did that spectacular fall off.

had my usual small each way bets - six of them, plus the office sweepstake - for the hell of it given that all the favourites had gone.

You can see where this is going, can't you...

Ended up with second and third, plus two other finishers from my selections...and I still don't know how much the winner got in the sweep but I shall be investing it alcoholically!
