Teenager Sacked for calling her job "boring"

Um... overkill anyone?

I do that all the time.

I actually told my boss a couple of weeks back that the shift she's given me to supervise is deathly boring if I was being totally honest. And I'm still employed so methinks these guys are just OTT. Surely a warning about her comments and a meeting to try and resolve why she thought her job was so boring would have been a better solution?
