If it wasnt working out with Scolari and it didnt work out with Avram Grant shouldnt Peter Kenyon be getting the boot considering he hired both of them?

Jose Mourinho is chuckling away to himself over in the Italian sunshine
Who'd want the job? Getting to the Champions League final isn't good enough... Winning back to back titles isn't enough...

Re: Scolari Gone!
Right, let's try to guess who will get the job, winner gets a shiny red balloon.
I guess Sven will get it.
To be fair to Chelsea here, it's clear the whole Big Phil thing wasn't working and wasn't going to work, it was a ludicrous appointment in the first place but the fans wanted a big name and Grant wasn't big enough for them so they can all dry their eyes.

Re: Scolari Gone!
Is it not in serious danger of becoming a poisoned chalice (ala Newcastle)? Mourinho & Grant did respectably. They went off the boil a bit under Scolari, but it still very much feels like they've done this too early. Would any of the top managers in the game really want to touch this job now?

Re: Scolari Gone!
Guus Hiddink in talks with Chelsea as we speak about taking over until the end of the season whilst staying with Russia.
WTF is the point of having a Part Time manager?
________
Sounds like there might be some tempers flaring in the dressing room. Deco and Drogba not happy bunnies about the sacking (then again when is the latter happy about anything, he's only seeing out the season before he pisses off back to Daddy Jose in the summer)

Re: Scolari Gone!
John Terry shocked at sacking & was right behind the manager...
It's getting repetitive now. He says that every time someone gets fired. Almost as bad as Steven Taylor telling the local press in Newcastle that he's "hyped up & raring to go for the new season".

Re: Scolari Gone!
John Terry is full of shit...another reason I dislike him
I felt they did alright under Avram Grant, makes no odds to me though theyll still not do anything this year
