The new season button hasn't appeared yet which is puzzling and we usually have a change report by now I think, not sure what is going on - hopefully it will work out eventually.

Hope it aint too long, hoping for a good change report to compensate losing 2 players to retirement

The season update is always run at 05.00 am the night after the date stated as end of season on the league's league info page. At the season update the players age one year, their skill level is updated and those players who have announced they are retiring leave the team. Immediately after the season update there is also a normal form update. Also prize money and trophies are handed out as well as team and player merits for the season that has just ended.

My laptop is out of commission at the moment so I will give this till next Saturday to try and drum up some new players.

I am then away for 3 weeks on holiday so will try and get it all set up over next weekend, should be fairly easy though.

Is everyone ok with the 2 league system if we get one more player?

2 up and 2 down with a play off between 3rd bottom and 3rd top? I think that is manageable.

I think it is important to mix the teams around as much as possible.

We will just go with the top 6 teams making up league 1 and the bottom 2 along with the 4 new teams making up the 2nd league.

One game a week with a couple of cups thrown in for good measure?

Actually, am not sure if we will have time for 2 cups now. Yeah, we should if they are both 1 legged affairs.

Thanks to Big Dave for allowing us to get this started.

First league games next Thursday and we will probably start the first cup the Sunday after.

It is a 2 up and 2 down league system so I am in relegation trouble already!
