I'm about half way through and thoroughly enjoying it, though its a bit annoying that they have decided to add a load of female characters to the team. I preferred the original team, and wish they kept it as such.
Did you remove the password or make it visible in the description? I think anyone viewing it can't join without it.
I'm cool with anytime on Saturday.
Doesn't matter to me. If I'm not at the draft, it's because the ridiculous hurricane headed through the Northeast. My power goes out in regular rain so...
Draft is this weekend.
That date is good for me but could we move it to 9:00am or 11:30 am?
Playing...
- Starcraft II, which is awesome
- Super Street Fighter IV
- Splinter Cell: Doubt Agent
- Final Fantasy XIII
Plan on getting into Assassin's Creed II and finish before Halo Reach's release on 9/14. Bam.
Finished Dead Space, onto Saint's Row 2 and receive my copy of Super Street Fighter IV tomorrow.
Ooooooooooook. McNabb is now with Washington. I have no idea why the Eagles traded inside the division and why Washington would want him.

However, I would be interested in either Chase Utley or Roy Halladay, and would be willing to trade Tim Lincecum or A-Rod for either one.
Hahaha. Lincecum's velocity has been steadily decreasing the last few seasons. Halladay is moving to the NL and is going to tear it up. Almost everyone is predicting at least 18 wins, some are saying 22 or more. So no way am I giving up Halladay.

The Watchmen
Liked it despite how it was pointed out to me that some of the action is kind of over the top considering it's supposed to be about how ordinary people dressed up as costumed super heroes and not how people can kick each other across the room. It did help in articulating some of the points in the graphic novel that I was slightly misguided on though.
I also didn't think they could make the material anymore brutal but they sure accomplished that aspect. What comes to mind is the one part where Rorschach captured the guy who killed the kid, who pleaded with Rorschach and it was like, "Haha! Here come's Rorschach to... That's not burning him alive... Oh..."

BTW that keeper team I've been asked to inherit, the keepers I'd be starting with include Albert, Mauer, Holliday and Sabathia....NICE!
I just looked at Yahoo's Keeper settings and it's both confusing and annoying to setup. You have to manually assign keeper players opposed to pulling from last year's rosters. That seems kind of stupid if you can't pull it up and have them automatically assign round values for each player.
I completed Mass Effect 2 on insanity and mopped up all the last achievements (Power Gamer). Now just have to await the new DLC coming later this month.
Started playing Bioshock 2. The multiplayer is surprisingly good although it has a major freezing problem that 2K Games is taking forever to address. The single-player also retains the spirit of the first game.
Considering we're an annual league, would anyone want to do a keeper or dynasty league? If not as the main league, maybe a separate league?

Also as I didn't defend my title in 2009, doesn't that make me interim champ - or would Dana White have to sanction this! Regardless hope I'm not too late - and would enjoy being a part of the league again.
I think you were just fearful of my fantasy dominance. Second place in everything, I'm in contention for the medal count. Woo!
have you ever won one yet?

It's actually bad for me too as next Saturday I'm working as well.

N.O. obviously had the better game plan, and that's what gave them the edge to win the Superbowl last night.
That, plus a couple of Indy penalties and dropped passes. Garcon and Wayne dropped two crucial ones...
I also really respect Shaun Payton a lot more now after seeing him go for an onside kick to start the 2nd half. That kind of confidence and "go for it" attitude is awesome. I mean, you may never get to the Super Bowl again. Why not go for it?
